These terms apply to your use of the Exciting Properties website (the "site") and to the information and services provided by Exciting Properties (ABN 89 697 738 702) ("we", "us", "our"). By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. What we do
Exciting Properties sources and markets residential property, primarily brand-new builds, and coordinates aspects of the buying journey. We connect clients with independently licensed third parties — such as mortgage brokers, accountants, financial advisers, SMSF specialists, solicitors and conveyancers — for matters outside our role.
2. We do not provide financial, credit, tax or legal advice
We are not licensed financial advisers and do not hold an Australian Financial Services Licence (AFSL). Nothing on this site or said to you by us is financial product advice, credit assistance, tax advice or legal advice.
Any information we provide — including about depreciation, self-managed super funds (SMSFs), equity or finance — is general information only and does not take into account your objectives, financial situation or needs. You should obtain advice from your own independently licensed accountant, financial adviser, mortgage broker and solicitor before making any decision.
3. Property investment carries risk
Property investment involves risk. The value of property and the level of rental income can fall as well as rise. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results. Any examples, figures or scenarios shown on this site are illustrative only and are not a forecast, projection or guarantee of any outcome.
4. Accuracy and availability of information
We aim to keep the information on this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is complete, accurate or up to date. Property details, prices, inclusions and availability are provided by developers and vendors and may change without notice. All properties are subject to availability.
5. Fees and commissions
We may receive a commission or fee from a developer, vendor or other third party if you purchase a property or engage a service we introduce. Any such arrangement that is relevant to you will be disclosed to you.
6. Intellectual property
All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos and images — is owned by or licensed to Exciting Properties and is protected by law. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it without our prior written permission.
7. Third-party links
This site may contain links to third-party websites. We provide these for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products or practices of those sites.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Exciting Properties is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of this site or reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the "last updated" date shown above.
12. Solicitor / conveyancing fee offer
The following terms apply to our promotional offer to cover your conveyancing or solicitor fee:
- The offer is available until 30 June 2026 and may be varied or withdrawn before then on reasonable notice.
- It applies to your first purchase of a property introduced by Exciting Properties.
- We will reimburse the reasonable conveyancing or solicitor fees you incur for that purchase, up to a maximum of $3,500 (including GST), on production of a valid tax invoice. The offer covers professional fees only, not government charges, disbursements, stamp duty or other costs.
- The offer is limited to one per client/household, is not redeemable for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offer unless we agree in writing.
- Reimbursement is made after the property settles. You are free to choose your own conveyancer or solicitor.
- This offer does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
